  I would highly recommend taking your car there. I've been going to Benchmark Audio since 1993! Tim is still there whom is still a nice guy. I went there recently to have a remote car starter installed in my 2006 Chevy HHR, which happens to be an electrical nightmare. I was very skeptic when I brought the car because I was aware of all of the electrical issues that my car has. Well when they took my keys and brought the car around the back to start the installation, I went into this nice comfortable room with a big screen TV and a comfortable chair that I could lounge and watch a movie while they worked on my car. I was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep. They started the job at 1 p.m. and they were finished by 2:15 PM. They were so friendly and showed me exactly how to operate the remote starter, and everything worked! I was so happy. The one part about the story that so intrigues me is that I originally took my car to Best Buy to try to have a remote car starter installed. Best Buy attempted to try this, then they came out to me and told me that it is not possible to install a remote starter on my car. Thanks to Benchmark audio they made this possible:) So best advise I can give you is don't go to Best Buy, instead go to Bemchark Audio. Nice job guys and keep up the good work!
